"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everthing I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

                                                                                        Matthew 28:19-20

Fellowship Community Church has always had a wide reach as it comes to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. From Costa Rica to Uganda, from Cyprus to Denver, Colorado, Fellowship is trying to impact the world for the Kingdom of God.

Scot and Mary Peterson

Mary Peterson leading  a trauma response center in Nepal

Scott is the Field Strategy Coordinator for Global Aid Network (GAiN USA) for West Africa.  Our goal is to help our national Cru teams to build spiritual movements by integrating compassionate care and the proclamation of the gospel.  We are currently active in Mali, Chad, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sierra Leone.

Mary serves in the President's Office as the Global Crisis Manager. Her responsiblities include training our teams across the world to prepare and respond to crisis situations.  Most recently she has been involved in helping our ministry respond to the Ebola crisis in West Africa, the earthquake in Nepal as well as terrorist threats in closed countries.

The Opportunities of Living in Cyprus

One of the joys of living in Cyprus is the international community we get to interact with. One of the parts of that community is an international Bible school that uses our church for their campus. Most of the people attending this school are gap year students in their late teens and early twenties from a few different countries outside of Cyprus. I was asked to teach for a week on the Old Testament prophets. I had a blast studying in preparation, preparing the materials, and then spending time in the classroom with the students. It involved lots of late nights and early mornings in preparation and about three hours a day for four days of actual teaching time. It was a great experience, and the students seemed to enjoy it.
