The Perret-Gentil's Story
Mike and Kristin both grew up with parents who taught them the truth and they came to know and follow Christ at a young age. They have been married since 2005 after meeting in college and have two children, Aspen and Beckett. Mike worked as a paramedic and then as an Emergency Manager in healthcare for many years. For 8 years Mike and Kristin prayed over what God was calling him to do for Him. In 2021, God gave him that direction and in 2022 Mike began serving fatherless boys, their mothers, and local churches with Fathers in the Field.
Ministry Today
Mike is the Colorado and New Mexico Regional Missionary with Fathers in the Field serving the fatherless from Denver to El Paso, but also does mission work in upstate New York and in the Cincinnati area. As a missionary, Mike’s role is to equip, empower, and train Christian men in the local church to reach out and engage broken families in their community to restore the wounded hearts of fatherless boys, exemplify Biblical manhood/fatherhood, and share the Gospel with them.
