Yes, Jesus has done it all to make us his, but followers of Jesus follow Jesus. If a person isn't "getting anything out of it," we gotta ask - what are you putting in? God calls us to respond to His incredible love and mercy. You get out of a church only as much as you are willing to put into it. There are many different ways we can respond to God and put into community; here are a few of those ways.
Knowing of Jesus or knowing about Jesus is far different than knowing Jesus. So, let us introduce you to Jesus and help you get to know Him.
Baptism is the outward sign of the inward reality that Jesus has brought you in as God’s adopted child. We are baptized in celebration and in community; so, we do them as part of of our regular worship. When you are ready and God is leading you to be baptized, our pastors will pray with you in making this bold and beautiful decision, and walk you through what it all means.
Belonging to a church isn't like belonging to a gym, going to a concert, or sitting in a classroom. It's family. Membership is how we say, "these are my brothers and sisters. These are the people I sacrifice for and who sacrifice for me."
