LIFE STORY

I was blessed to be born to parents who followed Jesus in the great nation of Texas. Early on, Jesus grabbed a hold of me, turning my belief about God to a relationship with Him. That said, it took a lot of years and failures to understand just how much better Jesus was compared to all the other stuff I was chasing. In college, I thought I had my life plan set – but then I went to Kiev, Ukraine to help with a church plant.It was there that God changed all my plans and set me on a path to occupational ministry. After meeting and marrying my bride, we traveled to Denver, CO to attend Denver Seminary where I received my M.Div with a focus on Youth and Family Ministry. God took us back to Houston where I worked cross-culturally, ministering to Chinese and Chinese-American youth. Then, after many years in Houston, God brought us back to Colorado where Fellowship took us in. I had the privilege to serve as the Youth Pastor here for five years before taking on the role of Executive. These days, it is our joy to serve the local body at Fellowship along with my wife and two children.

HOPE FOR FELLOWSHIP

It is my prayer that Fellowship might be a welcoming, inviting, and Jesus-centered community that can add value to the people we live among by faithfully proclaiming the gospel and using our resources for God’s glory and the good of others.
