Welcome to a new season!
We head into Fall 2024 with a bang this year. There are so many opportunities before us, it's crazy. So let's come together, celebrate, encourage, and get excited! We're going to do all of that at our annual church picnic!
ONE WORSHIP SERVICE
It all starts at 10:30am on Sunday, August 25. We’ll worship together as one church family at the 10:30am service, then head out to enjoy an afternoon of food and festivities. In case that wasn't clear, we will ONLY HAVE ONE SERVICE on August 25 and it will be at 10:30am. Nursery and children programs will be available during the 10:30am service.
CHURCH PICNIC
This is an old-fashioned potluck, so bring a main OR 2 sides OR 1 side and 1 dessert that’s big enough to feed your family and another. Sign up in the lobby on Sunday to let us know what you’re bringing and to volunteer for other areas in need of help. Oh, and if you could bring your dish(es) in a disposable tray, that would be a HUGE help to our kitchen crew.
There will be water activities for the kids; cornhole, and other yard games to play; board games and card games; and you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and outdoor umbrellas to provide a little more shade. This is one of our biggest events of the year; you won’t want to miss the fellowship and celebration at the beginning of a new season of ministry together!
